THE BEST PANCAKES EVER

Oh yes!

You heard right. These pancakes are made from 4 main ingredients.  I will share the best pancake recipe over here, what I usually cook for breakfast or for quick snack. The keywords for these pancakes are EASY, TASTY, SIMPLE.

Ingredients:

  • Big banana
  • 3 egg whites
  • (Protein Powder 20g)
  • 3 spoon of oatmeal oats
  • Cinnamon/salt
  • Coconut oil

For decoration:

  • Fresh berries
  • Peanut butter
  • Curd
  • Honey
  • Or whatever you like to eat them with!
So simple, yet so tasty!

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix together bananas, eggs, and protein powder until well combined.
  2. Place a pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with a bit of oil.
  3. Once the pancakes begin to bubble, flip them.

Mmmmm I could used to eat these forever and ever. These protein pancakes are great for brekkie/snack or for dinner. Lots of good ingredients and protein.
