7 EASY STEPS HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT

As you might know, we all want to drop a couple of kilos sometimes to feel lighter. When you start searching how to lose weight from the Internet then you’ll soon realize that there’s so much information about it that it’s hard to even know what to believe. Hundreds of articles have listed their best tips how to do it healthy, but what is the truth?

When it comes to weight loss, it is not happening over night. You should be very calm and trust the progress. Here I’ve listed 7 simple steps where to start.

 

  1. CHANGE SOFT DRINKS TO WATER
    The amount of sugar that soft drinks contain is very bad for us. Our bodies need water for hydration. Why? Our body has lots of important jobs and it needs water to complete many of them. And it also helps when it comes to digestion. You can add some lemon, berries, cucumber to your water so it will give you a little extra taste.

2. WHITE RICE to BROWN RICE
In the dark rice, fibers have been preserved, which is a really important nutrient for weight loss! It keeps you saturated longer and supports digestion. It contains 43% more protein, 105% more fiber, and has more omega-3 fatty acids than white rice.

3. SUGGEST LEAFY GREENS
Leafy greens include kale, spinach, collards, swiss chards and a few others. They are also incredibly nutritious and very high in all sorts of vitamins, minerals and
antioxidants. Eating leafy greens is a great way to increase the volume of your meals, without increasing the calories.

 

4. CHANGE MAYONNAISE TO GREEK YOGHURT
It might sound a little crazy, but it works. Add some spices to it to make it taste a bit saltier.

5. CEREALS TO PORRIDGE
Cereals are also containing too much sugar and you don’t want yourself full of them. Your body needs GOOD CARBS in the morning which can hold your hunger more than just for a couple of hours. Porridge is the ideal meal for the morning brekkie. It contains a high amount of complex carbs, which get digested at a slow pace, unlike simple carbs (cereals).

6. EAT FRUITS
You might think that for example drinking orange juice is the same as eating a full orange, but it’s a BIG NO. Juices contain almost every time much more hidden sugar than you might even think. So when you are feeling that your blood sugar is running low, then grab some real fruit or eat berries!


 

7. INSTEAD OF USING PAN, USE THE OVEN
