Denna! Gott nybakat bröd, lite morötter (ÄLSKAR MORÖTTER, ALLTSÅ NAM!!!), mandariner, extra pålägg som snacks och en lite annorlunda extra lyxig kaffe, nämligen vanligt bryggkaffe som jag sedan mixat med kaffecreamers från waldenfarms, kanel & kardemumma, osötad mjölk, <— om man inte har dessa siraper kan man ta vanlig sirap eller annan sötning, eller en mjölk med smak, tex. chokladmjölk/vaniljmjölk! Mums! Blandar också varje dag en matsked kokosolja i kaffet, mest för att det är så gott men också för dens grymma hälsofördelar!

 

Eller dessa enormt goda snabba knäckebröd (inte min bild, men mitt recept däremot!)

 

(Not my photo, I would not mind those toppings…😍😏🙏🏻) Today I did this amazing and quick crackers in the micro, so I needed to share the recipe, yum! ▶️MICRO HARD RYE BREAD◀️ – 1 egg or 2 eggwhites – 1,5 cup seeds (sunflower/pumpkin/hemp/chia/flaxseeds/other/mix) I think you can replace it with any flour or nuts too! – 1 tablespoon of proteinpowder (optionally, I used 2 tbsp of coconut wheyproteinpowder from @scitecnutrition but Vanilla/unflavored tastes great too! Or no powder at all) – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1 teaspoon Fiberhusk – 1 teaspoon of dry oats – 1,5 teaspoon of flavoring (I used cinnamon but you can use whatever you like, salt/spices/seasalt/herbs/etc) Mix all ingredients and let it swell for 10 minutes. Pour the mix in to a baking sheet pretty wide one so the mix becomes flat. Microwave for 2 minutes first and then take it out, turn the other side up and microwave again for 1-2 minutes, depending on your micro, Watch out so it dont burn 🙊🙈 When it is ready LET IT COOL! Haha, my patience is the worst… And while your waiting you can do your favorite toppings ready 🍌🍉🍇🍓🍎🍒🍍🍖🍕🍫🍩☕️but my favorite is with butter and cheese 😏🙌🏼🍞🧀. (havent tried peanutbutter tho..)Then eat the whole thing or cut it into 4 pieces, enjoy!
