PROTEIN S’MORES RECIPE

You will need:

Do this:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cut rhe proteinbar in half.
  3. Microwave the bar for 10 seconds.
  4. Gently roll to graham cracker thickness and shape.
  5. Put them to a silpat cookie sheet and bake for 2 min per side, they should be a bit crispy but NOT TOO HARD! 
  6. Take the bars out and put one piece of chocolate on each bare, let the chocolate pieces melt on the bars while you (optional) roast your marsmallow pieces over fire.
  7. Then when the marsmallow’s are ready, fill the bars with the marsmallow and sandwich the two sides.
  8. Enjoy!

SUGARFREE MARSMALLOW RECIPE

You will need:

Do this:

  1. Take a baking pan and put parchement paper over it.
  2. Whisk the eggwhites hard for a couple minutes, add sweetening and vanilla extract/drops.
  3. Melt the gelatinpowder in the water ( let it cook quickly and whisk it on low heat so the powder melts in the water )
  4. Let the gelatinwater cool for a moment.
  5. Then, CAREFULLY while whisping the eggwhites at medium speed, pour a little gelatinwater at a time in to the eggwhites. This should happen fast but really carefully.
  6. When it has combined well, put it over the baking pan and let it stay in the fridge for a couple hours, or in room temp over the night, or quickest method: freezer for ca. 30 minutes.
  7. When it has stiffened, cut it into pieces and serve!
