Protein S’mores
PROTEIN S’MORES RECIPE
You will need:
- One proteinbar, I used Mocha White Choco from Delight Finland
- 2 Marsmallow’s (look below for recipe, I did a sugarfree protein one)
- 2 Chocolate pieces
Do this:
SUGARFREE MARSMALLOW RECIPE
You will need:
- 2 big Eggwhites, I used from Laitilan Kanatarha
- Vanilla stevia drops from Nick’s or Vanilla extract
- Sweetening, I used this
- 2 tablespoons Unflavored Gelatinpowder
- ca. 1 dl water
Do this:
- Take a baking pan and put parchement paper over it.
- Whisk the eggwhites hard for a couple minutes, add sweetening and vanilla extract/drops.
- Melt the gelatinpowder in the water ( let it cook quickly and whisk it on low heat so the powder melts in the water )
- Let the gelatinwater cool for a moment.
- Then, CAREFULLY while whisping the eggwhites at medium speed, pour a little gelatinwater at a time in to the eggwhites. This should happen fast but really carefully.
- When it has combined well, put it over the baking pan and let it stay in the fridge for a couple hours, or in room temp over the night, or quickest method: freezer for ca. 30 minutes.
- When it has stiffened, cut it into pieces and serve!
