FORTUNE COOKIES ONE INGREDIENT
Today I made some Asian food with noodles and beef, and then I suddenly got inspired to make some fortune cookies. I know they don’t look that good but they sure was delicious! I shared some to my family and they got really happy about the sweet messages inside the cookies 🙂
Onnenkeksit, FORTUNE COOKIES
Quick, sugarfree, glutenfree, vegan with only one ingredient!
Ingredients:
– 1 raw fruit bar, I used Delight Pure with Ginger and Lemon.
Do this:
– Pre-heat the oven to 190°C (375° F)
– Warm the bar for 10 seconds in the microwave so it get’s softer.
– Cut into 3-4 pieces, depending on which bar you use (the size of the bar).
– Roll each piece in to a ball and flat it between palms, then roll out with a rolling pin into flat circles.
– Roll up a long piece of parchment paper into a log.
– Fold the bar-circles in half and pinch top curved edge but leave a hollow space.
– Put parchment paper log inside hollow space to keep shape.
– Start bending carefully in half and bring edges towards each other, like a fortune cookie.
– Bake 2 minutes.
– Take them out, Spray with some cooking oil or top the cookies with some oil/butter and bake again for 1 minute.
– Let them cool directly in the fridge or some cold place, but let them stay on the oven safe bowl to keep the shape.Enjoy!
