Chestday
Today I trained chest and a little bit shoulders at the gym with my brother ( I don’t hink I ever done that before, maybe at the soccerfield but never at the gym.) He actually trained better than I thought with a really proper form on the exercises! We did not follow any trainingplan but and it ended with a really good chestday for me, great muscle connection! Here is what we trained:
- Benchpress Pyramid 5-7set
- Incline Dumbbell Press 5 set x 5-10reps
- Standing Militarypress 4set x 5reps
- Dips 3-4 set x max (own weight)
- High Cable Chest Fly 3 set x 10-20reps
