THE DREAM RECOVERY SMOOTHIE
I went to heaven after I tasted THIS SUPER GOOD AND NUTRIONAL SMOOTHIE! This one is perfect after your trainings session or for the quick snack! I love to make smoothies, because you know.. You can add there EVERYTHING you want. 😀
So simple and yet so damn tasty just in few minutes!
When I do smoothies, I usually put some extra protein for my muscle recovery and for their grow. For protein I often use: Quark, Egg whites, Protein powder. This smoothie gets good fats from coconut oil and avocados and good protein from Vanilja grass fed Heraprotein, which is more natural and less processed option compared to many other proteins in the market. Cows who produce the milk live in more natural conditions, spend lot of time roaming outside the fields and are fed with high quality grass whole year around. It’s nice to see Foodin to use a producers sharing the same values as themselves. I think it’s something that the customers respect more and more nowadays when they are choosing new products to use for their health and fitness.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of Foodin Vanilja GRASSFEED heraprotein
- 3 cups of Blueberries /berries
- 200 ml Almond milk
- 1 tbsp of Foodin MACA powder
