CARDIO BEFORE BREKKIE?!

Here are some facts and tips that are about morning cardio!

  •  There are indeed two opinions; Those who say this will boost fat burning &  those who say this is nonsense & only promote muscle metabolism.

 

  •  When I am preparing myself for the photo shoots I do usually these walks or cardio before brekkie. During the session I keep my heart rate specifically low. The morning cardio length should be around 40-50 min. However, there is always coming some days when you don’t have that much time and you need to do sort of shorter cardio. But why not, they are refreshing and are merely a wonderful way to start the morning! It shouldn’t always be so serious thing? Agree?

 

  • I do morning cardio before breakfast for the reason to start morning fast! However, I do not make any  harder workouts (exercises with using extra weight)  with a completely empty stomach. Thats why I save those ”harder” exercises for the day time, when I’ve had a good meal before. 🙂

So in summary, Do your morning cardio ONLY when you FEEL LIKE IT. Get good rest before your session, because  no sleep and stress is much more worse combination for fat burning than skipping one training. Prefer to do your workouts with fresh energy and with pleasure.

 

 

Better to do one effective

training than two bad ones.

 

Everyone does not get out of their mind this morning, but for others it’s a great start to the day. I myself belong to a guy who loves the aurorites!
And remember that exercise more fat burning is affected by nutrition, sleep and stress.
Not every one of us are morning persons and need their long beauty sleep waking up, but for others its a pleasurable start for the day! I do love those morning walks as much I love sleeping. 😉
