I’m Eva Adamson, a 21-year-old actress and singer. I started acting professionally at the age of 15. I’ve been acting on two of the biggest TV-series in Finland, Uusi Päivä and Salatut Elämät. I sing everyday and I make music at the studio. Music is really close to my heart. Another thing close to my heart is doing sports. My hobbies have been dance, figure skating, gymnastics and tennis, to name a few. I started working out at the gym at the age of 18.
It is truly important for me to be in a good shape physically. I believe when you feel great in your body, you feel great on the inside too, which then spreads positive energy around. My main focus is to motivate people to workout more, live a healthy life and to help everyone be the perfect version of themselves. The point is to eat clean and healthy food and to make working out a lifestyle so you’ll feel great inside out and powerful in your own body while standing infront of the mirror!
