A Simple Homemade Lemon- Licorice Icecream

Recipe for 1 bigger or 2 small portions:

2 eggs, 2dl cream, 0,5-1dl Sugar, 1 tbsp licoricepowder and 1 whole Lemonjuice mixed and whisped for 15 minutes and then in the freezer for 2 hours while blending every 30 minutes 🙂

Top with raspberries and some crushed hard licorice candy if you have, I forgot 😏
