Many of you have asked me about my new ”BUILD THE BOOTY” training program, so here are some facts about my 6 week long training program.

 

Where is this program most suitable?

This program is made for gym, because you will get the best results when talking about building muscles. Because you can use different techniques and exercises with using weights.

 

What language is it made for?

It is in Finnish language.

 

How long will it last?

It lasts for 6 week. Where you will train 5-6 times per week:

• 2-3  leg days
• 1-2 upper body
•  Varied Cardio trainings
• HIIT trainings

 

How do I know if I’m doing the exercises right?

No worries. Each exercise is showed in fitnet.fi via video. You will see from a video with good and clear instructions how to do the exercises the right way.

 

How much it costs?

How about eating?

If you want to build muscles and tighten your body at the same time, you need to get enough calories and eat the right way. That’s why I made a diet plan, where you GET TO KNOW HOW TO EAT RIGHT without getting fat, but it’s more about growing muscles. We should not be afraid of carbs, because at the end of the day, those are the ones with protein which are helping you to grow your muscles even stronger. Your diet plan is changing after every 2 weeks, where the calories are going a little bit lower by the end of the program.

 

 

I’m vegan, is it possible to do the program?

HELL YAS! I made the vegan version of the diet also tuhat is gluten free, diary free and following the vegan rules.

 

When can I start?

You can start whenever you feel like it. Today, tomorrow or the next month. What matters is that you are ready to make a little change in your daily routine. The program will be yours forever. 🙂
