18 year old student currently living in Northern Finland.

Nearly my entire life I have been active in sports. At the age of three, my dad put me standing on two shoes with a sharp blade underneath balancing with a small wooden stick in my hand. A while later I was poking a circular rubber thing with the small wooden stick my dad gave. After a while I was taught that gliding on pair of shoes with blades underneath and poking a circular rubber thing with a stick was called ice hockey. That’s when it all began.

After 13 years of playing ice hockey I faced a severe injury, which caused me to quit playing. I always found myself lacking the last bit of courage to push the margin. Until I found fitness. From day one it became a part of me and everyday since I learned to never be satisfied enough to stop pushing forward, but still acknowledge the progress. Same values apply in life.

Knowing the fact that the only one pushing you forward is yourself means that if you don’t work really hard and dedicate yourself to being better every single day, you will not succeed. That’s what I stick to. Here I will share my stories, hope you enjoy!
